Is Western Education Betten Than Easten Education?

-Divyam Diwakar Singh;31 March,2022

With the growing countries all over the world there has been a lot of development made in the education system. But different countries have them own different types of education system. We would consider Eastern Education, which includes the countries Asia and further and Western Education which includes countries of Europe and further. And try to understand which education system is better. There are many researches done on the mentality of the parents and the knowledge of student. The researches tells us that most of the parents believe that Western Education is far better than Eastern Education. But when a test was taken then the test scores showed that westeren students had low-ranked gap between the Eastern students. Let's see this in a brief contrast.

Eastern Students

Eastern students were disciplined and they look after every small concept that helped them do well in exam failure in academics then fall on the shoulder of the students as well as the parents.

Western Students

Western schools, generally focus more on student participation and encouraging them to ask question. Students were treated as a better part of institution. Failure in academics was given as the fault of the institute as they were not able to teach him/her.

Why do they teach?

In Eastern schools, Moral value is added as a subject in the education system. They believe that if a student have education then it is a pride and honour for the family as well as own self, Students have a deep sense of collective activities, which help them apply better ideas for the society. They argue against the idea for fear of getting bad marks. On the other hand in western school they focus more on individual as oneself for success. They focus on giving education related to the culture.

What do they produce in students.

Eastern and Western education produce a variety of behaviours and characters in a student. The Eastern can be seen as they a consider education as their privilege and can build a life-long love for learning. Sometimes, they value only grades and don't care whether the student is able to understand the information feed in him/her. The Western Education sees the individual as the sole entity for inquiry, discovery and success. Sometimes, due to continuous failure, student may think that he/she will not be able to succeed in any field of life. Both have their own flaws and strengths.

In my opinion, students should adapt with the education they are born in.
